Dr. Jack He constructed and manages this website. He supports digital projects part time while working full time in healthcare.

Jack has experience with ASP.net and has developed mobile apps, including a Chinese–English medical dictionary, as well as online searchable databases such as the ebook location search tool and Bilingual Subtitles. He also maintains JHK Press, an academic publishing site. Jack earned his PhD in Translation Studies from Newcastle University, holds Google Career Certificates in Data Analytics, and is a Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP).
